What is the 30-day trial policy?
We believe you should try our shoes in the wild. You can take them for a spin for up to 30 days, and if you don't love them, we'll take them back for a full refund—no questions asked.
Are Allbirds shoes machine washable?
Yes! Most of our shoes are machine washable. Simply remove the laces and insoles, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
Which materials do you use in your products?
We prioritize natural, sustainable materials like ZQ-certified Merino wool, FSC-certified eucalyptus tree fiber, and sugarcane-based SweetFoam® to minimize our environmental impact.
How do I find the right size?
Our shoes generally run true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for our wool styles and sizing down for our tree styles. Check our size chart for specific measurements.
